LikedWarm and inviting, charming decor, friendly & engaged staff — all delivered in a perfect location on the Piazza Santa Maria Novella. Views from the room onto the Plaza are gorgeous and the 360º views from the rooftop deck are awesome. The Breakfast space is dramatic and beautiful and the breakfasts are excellent with superb, friendly service from the staff. Could not ask for better . . .

LikedThe location was nice and they were very welcoming to my dog. They also provided parking.
DislikedThe WiFi internet in this hotel is non existent! This created many issues for us who are working remotely. We attempted to use the “office” in the basement which sits across multiple bathrooms and the housekeeping closet. One of the front desk staff kept the door open while using the facility and drying his hands with the air hand dryer even though he could see we were on a conference call. It took over an hour to get our car back when it was time to leave.
