DislikedThe room we stayed on the 5th floor was very low in some areas due to the roof pitch. Had to be careful not to hit my head.

DislikedWe had a superior room. The hotel was very cold. Hotel had turned off the heating as it was April, but due to the unexpected cold weather and the demands from unhappy residents, they were forced to turn it back on. Also hot water was rationed but, when available, ran very hot and then icy cold. Not enough hot water to fill the bath. No plugs on sinks or covers to the plug area in the showers which had large screws projecting from it. Shower door didn’t shut properly so bathroom flooded. No instructions for the safe. No “do not disturb” signs for the door. A lot of dead bulbs in lights, so room incredibly dark. Breakfast was mediocre. Tables incredibly small. Fruit choice was very limited. Scrambled egg was stone cold, although has just been replenished
