LikedIt is centrally located to the Central of Florence. Close to the train station. Steps away from so much amazing History, restaurants and shopping!! Everyone there was so knowledgeable of the area and history! Antoinetta was our first contact upon arrival and she was amazing. She remembered our little doggy’s name “Whiskey” and Whiskey loved her!! Everyone that we talked to was amazing!! Breakfast is Amazing!! Don’t miss out!!

LikedOverall, it was decent; the room was spacious and well-designed. The location was very central and minutes away from all the key areas. Has dual entrance from two streets which was helpful.
DislikedThe shower was abysmal, and our bathroom flooded, so we had to clean it. The staff was helpful. However, they need to improve their checks, as you wouldn't expect a bathroom to have blocked drains in a 5-star hotel. Cooling wasn't up to mark, although was acceptable but could have been better.
