DislikedIt's on level 2, 4 flights of stairs. No elevator. No person physically on site. I had no idea who I was sending my passport photo to. You get passcodes to access your room key from a box. The property is a long way from the key points of Florence. You can walk but it's a long way. Strozzi Fallacci tram is nearby but it only gets yu to Santa Maria Novona station. Taxi is next at approx 20 to 25 euro to get into the old city or to Oltrano. The building had a damp wet smell

LikedWe liked the room size and facilities, it was clean and spacious & in a very good location to train station and the centre of Florence.

DislikedIf you are in room ^6 or & as we were in one of those, there is a communal area outside the appartment door and other guests are very noisy and kept us up buyond 11:30 PM and woke us up at 06:20 am being very loud and noisy, the other rooms are away from this area, so if you want a nice quiet stay avoid rooms 6 & 7. Not the appartments fault as they cannot control guest noise, but something worth knowing about if you want to book here as we would have asked for different rooms away from here! No smart TV so you can watch your own Netflix / Prime etc

LikedIn 15 min walking distance you arrive in the city center so we liked the location a lot. You have the bus and the train in walking distance that both go to the city and train station.We left our car there as you are not allowed to enter inside the city walls.Dont forget to visit Siena and San Gimignano.In Siena we had the best Gelato in Toscana:)

DislikedWe were not prepared for the fact that there were mosquidos in our room.

LikedThe location is very good, 10 minute walk to Mercato Centrale. The bedroom was clean and the bed was comfy. Self checkin was easy.

DislikedThe bathroom was clean but a bit smelly. For those with sleeping problems: there’s traffic noise all over the night.

LikedThe owners are amazing - very polite and kind people, who reacted immediately to our asks. Easy check-in/check-out from a distance. Very good location, the neighborhood is calm and safe, around 10 min walking from the Train Station. The building and the apartment are in very good condition. The room was very good also, with all you can need. I can only recommend it!!
