LikedEasy to get to public transportation and the bed was comfortable
DislikedMosquitos that I killed with provided spray, broken water kettle, difficult to understand instructions, no soaps or washing detergent

LikedRoomy apartment with very well equipped kitchen - The Giudecca island is a quiet and pleasant area where real Italians live, in contrast to the busy main island. There is a "Minimarket Coop" 10 minutes walk away. You get to the island using the public transportation system of "vaporetto" boats - Lines 2 and 4.1, 4.2 - It takes some getting used to so it's a good idea to study https://www.venice.nu/maps/vaporetto-map/ ahead of time - You can also hire a private taxi on water (expensive). -

LikedCosy and comfortable, good view. Takes a bit of effort to get to as is on Guidecca island, but it is away from the crowds and a bit different.
DislikedSofa/living area was a strange lay out, with the tv in the bedroom instead. Could do with a bit of paint in places.

LikedQuiet location within easy reach of towncentre
DislikedBathroom outdated, no screens at windows so not possible to have the windows open. This made the sppartment very stuffy.
