LikedLoved the room, it was very spacious. The staff were also very kind and recommended excellent sites and restaurants. They also called us cabs when needed and the hotel is very close to the train station which is really nice.
DislikedThe beds were pretty hard and made it a little difficult to sleep, otherwise the room was very nice. The breakfast also costed us additional to the stay and we were expecting the breakfast to be included.

Likednice breakfast and the location is just excellent, main train station and the Duomo are both within five to ten minutes’ walk.
DislikedThe shower space is small and the toiletries rack may easily bump into your head when you take a shower

LikedGreat location super close to the main train station & a very easy walk from the train station to airport. Super close to historic areas - everything was within walking distance. So much fun to just strolll around and explore. Staff was fantastic, rooms very clean, and the included breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.
DislikedRooms were a little tight even for European standards- the only negative thing was it was difficult to find spot to place our large suitcases other than that it was fantastic
