LikedReally nice once you get into the property. A little tricky to find. Breakfast was great and the staff were so nice. Our room was huge, a little odd but it worked.
DislikedThe AC wasn’t available which was a bummer since we had a small window with no screens. Shower didn’t work that well.

LikedBeautiful decor. Perfect location for walking wherever we needed to go. Staff were superbly helpful without being too much in your space.
DislikedAn outdoor area overlooking the grande canal would have been excellent but I know it’s not infeasible. So it wasn’t a dislike more of a wish. We would have wanted to spend more time at the property.

LikedThe hotel is very nice and we loved it. The room was big.
DislikedThe breakfast was very nice however we didn’t understand since it was a buffet why we coudn’t serve ourselves, instead we had to ask for the food. The food we ate was very good.
