DislikedI've stayed at this hotel many times and to have been put in a very small room with a single bed with no views was very humiliating and I felt very dissappointed given that I've spent so much time, money there - Ive been very loyal to this hotel but the loyalty was not shown back to me - very disappointing

LikedThe hotel is situated in a very convenient location for most major attractions. In addition, the restaurant was very good.
DislikedThey had arbitrary policies like you couldn't take food into your room. This wasn't written on the Booking.com hotel webpage or in any email preceding my visit. When I tried to enter the hotel with a packet of food in my hand, one of the reception staff told me to eat outside the hotel. This is quite disrespectful in any case, but especially for the premium prices they charge.
