LikedLovely staff, well furnished, Nice and Close to Duomo and right next to multiple Public transport stops

DislikedOur flight was delayed and on arrival at hotel the reception man was unwelcoming and rude stating the obvious 'you are very late'. The room was very small and had only water in the fridge. We had no hot water on second night. I told reception who said 'what can we do? we can only move you to a new room...' it turned out that the cleaning staff had turned off the water at the valve on the wall! The shutter for balcony was closed so we could not use the balcony. Lastly, the hotel is quite far from Metro and the bus/tram service was not easy to understand, so we walked there most of the time. We would not stay here again.

DislikedI wouldn’t rate this hotel as 4 stars No facilities in the room No kettles, no cups , no glasses We had to ask for kettles and tea bag’s but no coffee, no cream, no milk no sugar, no mini bars. Only one fridge which makes lots of noise and disturbing sleep The personal in restaurants are rude , they make lots of noises while they clean up the other guests table Breakfast was very basic as well. So definitely not a value for money and should not be rated as a four stars hotel

LikedFrancisco was very charming and helpful. I had two special requests an early check in and a room overlooking the breakfast patio so that my grandson could wave at us from his home! Both were provided.
