Hotel Bavaria

LikedThe location is PERFECT! Really: PERFECT! In the middle of the center, close to everything. The room had an incredible view to the duomo, and it was unexpected how quiet the room was since the hotel is in the middle of the old town. The room was huge, very comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful (we could leave our lugagge until the time of our train). I would definitely recommend and come back.

DislikedThe overall experience was amazing, some suggestions for improvements could be: - There could be mosquito nets in the windows. - The curtains in the shower were not enough to prevent the floor to be wet. - The hotel (reception and rooms) is on the second/third floors of the building, but there is no elevator (so it is not accessible to people with reduced mobility).

LikedThe location is very good, a little tricky to find first, but read the message from the owner. Quiet, although in the centre of Florence . Staff were nice. Lovely old building Kettle in the room with tea and coffee provided for you anytime. Lovely coffee machine free to use at breakfast time. You can walk easily to all attractions, 15min to station. I would be happy to return.

DislikedLots of stairs up to 2nd floor, struggled a bit with my suitcase. Shared bathroom, but it worked OK. Make sure they explain the key system on the street door so that you are not locked out at night!

LikedThis hotel is in a perfect location, 10 minutes from the Duomo, and is very clean and has additional services provided.
