The host was amazing and helped us with a late arrival. Sent a person to open the gate and check us in to the property. The location was amazing - a slice of heaven in Tuscany. The breakfast was great with a full set of choices with breads, meats and juices and coffees. The lady was very accommodating with refills. It was served in an open area. We met an elderly couple who were travelling from Germany as well and we spent a good 2 hours chatting. This is a must visit location.

We have been to Arezzo a few times now and it is just wonderful! A stunning little medieval town that doesn’t get too many visitors. Buzzing at night, and lovely, cobblestoned clean streets during the day. A super treat if you’re there during Saracino festival times in June/July or September - look it up, it’s very well worth the visit!

There is an antiques fair in the city the first weekend of each month -- best to avoid Arezzo during those weekends as it's very crowded. Also best to drive there because trains go there but taxis can be hard to come by. It's a beautiful small city and if you stay in the old part of town you can walk to anyplace you want to see. The highlight is unquestionably the Piero della Francesca frescoes in the San Francesco church (reservation needed). At night many of the side streets seem deserted but I never actually felt unsafe. On the other hand you can get into any restaurant you want and the major piazzas have a festive feel in the evening. I was there for 1 1/2 days, including a side trip to San Sepolchro, and I was satisfied with my stay.

Best place to eat: Borgo S Piero, homemade food, very friendly staff.
Great to visit: Roman amfitheatre and arheological museum, Casa Vasari, Duomo, Medici Fortress, Piazza Grande, Basilica de San Francesco
The room was very large and I enjoyed making espresso with the provided mocha and fresh ground beans. The walk from the train station was easy, though the place is a little hidden. If I were touring Arezzo for several days, I might choose a different spot, but we were just meeting a group the next morning.
Arezzo has a wonderful plaza halfway up the hill to a beautiful park with amazing views down over the valley. We spent a beautiful couple of hours enjoying dinner and people watching.
This is a great country manor house and the host, Fabio, was awesome. Very friendly and willing to help- he made dinner reservations for us while we were there. The location is great if you have a car so you can drive to Arezzo. The house is beautiful and quiet. I would highly recommend this place when you're in the area. Great value and the room and bathroom were very clean. We would stay there again when in Arezzo.
Felt like real royals to spend a night in the most magnificent and authentic castle. The best service with amazing breakfast, dinner - ( everything is locally grown) including wine. They did not everinflate the prices for the quality food. After a month of traveling though Italy this was by far the most unique & Special place to relax, enjoy the food and feel away from all the tourists. We can not wait to be back one day.
Absolutely everything! A little bit of heaven and paradise on earth! The most beautiful setting and family I have had the pleasure of staying with. Stumbled across Arezzo and this hotel by accident with my sons football. I will be back with the whole family. The city is a 20min walk and is stunning. Vibrant with bars, restaurants and beautiful clothes shops! Don't hesitate to book, you will not be disappointed!
the historical building was beautiful and the room was pretty spacious for 2 people.
the only thing is that being jn the city center there was noise late at night and early in the morning, but it is in a great location in the heart of arezzo.
the staff was friendly, very nice and very helpful with everything we needed.
Fabio is an excellent host. The room was a wonderfully themed chocolate arrangement. The old city of Arezzo is beautiful. Secure Parking for a small fee. Local knowledge & map imparted. Thank you for the bottle of wine and access to the rooftop terrace. A pleasant stay with a gracious host.
Amazing hotel with newly renovated rooms but still keep the original flair. Everything is very clean and all staff are extremely friendly. Nice variety of breakfast options which is often not the case in Italy. Pool is well maintained.
Thanks to the hotel team for making this a great stay!
We would come back every time. Despite the hotel being beautiful for itself and the landscape as well - the lovely staff is taking care of everything. Very good starting point as well to discover the most spots in tuscany. If you want peace and a relaxed stay this is your choice.
Very well appointed appartament, furnished with great taste and attention to details. Sparkly clean, very easy parking and only a short drive to Arezzo city centre.
The host has gone above and beyond and we felt truly welcome (even spoiled at times!).
Thank you!
Very clean and centrally located hotel. We've been there before and it's a quick hop to the train to further explore the area. Very central to town with great restaurants nearby. Lovely roof top terrace to enjoy a beverage.
Everything was spot-on, really comfortable. Staff made sure we had plenty of the necessities, even came to change our towels and made our bed. The apartment was spacious and we are glad we came here for our stay in Arezzo!
Beautiful, unique villa full of historic charm in a peaceful setting. It is conveniently located to Arezzo and an easy drive to other places of interest, such as Siena. Highly recommend!
Spacious clean rooms, helpful staff and excellent dinner at restaurant - 4+ stars for this. The Hotel is very stylish and well worth a stay if rest and relaxation is required.
Good professional host , and very helpful . Room spacious and clean . Heating more than ok . In the heart of Arezzo . One can join the hotel by car to deliver bags .
The place could do with some renovation. The position is excellent for visiting Arezzo and the hotel provides free parking, but that's the end of the good news.
Perfect place for an overnight stay whilst travelling through Italy on the motorway. Close to the motorway junction and a modern, clean, comfortable room.
