LikedBreakfast was fantastic and the wait staff were always very lovely and welcoming. Our room was extremely clean and spacious and we had plenty of necessary toiletries at our disposal. Our room maid was also brilliant and did an exceptional job every day! One of your supervisors, Marika, is an absolute credit to your team and she could not help us enough!! She is one of the most relaxed, professional and hospitable people we have ever come across in our global travels. Please pass on our thanks to her...she is a true legend!! :-)

DislikedUnfortunately, Alfonso gets cranky quite easily. He is a good waiter, but needs to be a little more friendly at times and not pass his stress onto the customers.

LikedVery spacious, comfortable and clean hotel with excellent staff, especially Fabio at the check in desk. We had large rooms with lots of space, fluffy bathrobes, slippers and towels. The breakfast was delicious as was room service. A fantastic location for reaching The Vatican plus a number of cooking classes, shopping, local restaurants etc. We had a great stay and loved visiting Rome.

DislikedWe are a family of 5 and our rooms were technically next to one another, but we had to walk a whole hallway to get to one another which wasn't ideal.

LikedLocation is ideal. Located within a few minutes walk from the city. Many attractions like Pantheon and Castel Sant'Angelo are at a walking distance. If you like walking, you can walk to Colosseum in 35 to 40 minutes. Customer service is excellent and the hotel staff is extremely friendly.
