DislikedThis is not 4 star hotel at all ! It’s more like 1 star !!! We don’t have any comfort in the room, no frigo,bathroom horrible and very broken! Breakfast hilarious and very small ! The building is very old and not maintained at all !!!! Worst place in milan for stay !!!!

Liked- Kind and friendly staff. Always available to help in everything - Located near the Metro Station (1 min walk) - Small shops nearby (coffee, pastry) - Clean and comfy bedroom - Breakfast was ok. They have cereals, milk, variety of coffee, small croissants, bread, cake, etc - There was a safe where you can storage items
Disliked- TV was not working - Room window difficult to open

LikedThe staff were very welcoming and helpful for everything we needed, the hotel is located very close to the metro and is a short ride to the center. There is private parking that is safe and closed at night.
DislikedThe hotel needs a refresh but is clean and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay

LikedStaff and lemon water
DislikedThe room had an obnoxious odor. The bathroom had water damage and a leak on the ceiling. The leak from the ceiling caused the floors to be dirty. The bathroom also had mold. The staff was helpful in moving us to another room but the new one was worse.
