I was a bit worried due to the mixed reviews and when we saw the condition of hotel from the outside. However, we were satisfied overall. We booked the hotel last minute hence the price was on the higher side for us. Otherwise i have seen its usual prices and i think its v reasonable . We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist , hotel interiors were good, not run down, room was dimly lighted but most importantly clean and aircon was good!! . Recommend for short stay and its central location .

Great locations in Venice but the rooms are very small and dark. No fridge or tea/coffee facilities in room. Only give you two disposable plastic cups.

The location is great, the staff is very nice. Normal breakfast. Avoid the rooms near the elevator.

Cannot beat the location of this hotel; right next to St Marks Square. Room was warm (I stayed in thr winter) and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice addition. Would recommend.
