DislikedWe arrived at the hotel late at night around 23:30. We have checked in online and got our instructions delivered through WhatsApp. First thing the elevator was not working so we climbed the stairs, lucky us we were on the first floor. The room was dirty. Bathroom had hair and fake eyelashes on the counter and also pieces of paper on the floor of the bedroom. I took a video and informed the reception. In the morning around 07:30 there were loud noises and voices outside our room until 08:30 where the maid just opened the door without even knocking!! She later apologized for the instrusion and the dirty room saying she forgot it cause of work load at the hotel and that she will thoroughly clean it immediately. Guess what. We return back to the hotel at night and the bathroom is in the same situation with the damn hairs and fake eyelashes lying all around 😂.
