LikedThe staff was nice, breakfast was good (u have some variety there already and then u can order wggs, ham,cheese via app free of charge)

DislikedRoom was very dark, damp everywhere, was cold, bathtub was leaking. It is not worth the money. A lot of mosquitoes since the pool was not cleaned yet (i guess it wasn’t the season, but this was not written on the booking).

LikedBreakfast was ok same everyday. Pool was dirty as out of season. Staff apart from on did not really bother to be helpful restaurant was empty and same food ever night

DislikedThe hotel was empty and we still could not book for massage or spa facilities

LikedI loved this hotel and will make a point to stay here in the future. I felt like a Princess in the historic room with tall windows and chandeliers, huge bed, double bathroom, big tub... lovely! The super-kind manager, Sr. Sachin, came out to the street to show me the way at night- definitely above and beyond service! And Sr. Michele in the dining is the ultimate professional. Very impressive.

DislikedDirections could be provided in an email in advance because road construction has rendered Google Maps worthless. There is no access to the hotel from the northbound lane (thanks to a new road divider) and the turnaround solution is not possible at the northern roundabout to which Google Maps instructs. FAR better to turn left into the Eni gas station just north of the property, then head southbound to the hotel, which will then be on the right. It is an easy solution that is best described in advance of a nighttime tour of the 6 roads named Via Bitritto! The hotel is just opposite the huge Peroni factory.

LikedGreat place, spacious room. Only 6 min drive from Bari. 20 min drive from Bari airoport . Very convenient stay. Staff was helpful and friendly
