LikedClean well presented. Easy parking.
DislikedFor a hotel that has all the flags flying outside, we were disappointed that the rooms have tea/coffee making facilities but don’t offer milk for the guests. Even after making the request on the first day we were reluctantly given some but the following day we were told we would have to purchase some.

LikedThe hotel locates near station Arezzo Casella 1 of local railway to Casentino in one stop from Arezzo Centrale. To walk to the city center 15-25 min, to Arezzo Centrale and bus station - 20-30 min. The room had all basic amentities including a kettler. The bathroom had shower, WC, bide. The breakfast was good. The staff was helpful.

LikedThis hotel is very luxurious, confortable and beatiful. I liked the room, because the space was very big and useful. Inside the room exist a confortable bathub and a eletric kettle and some packets of coffee and tea. The staff was very kind too. And I can't forgot the very special breakfast 😊
DislikedI can't say anything about the my room. Maybe the location cab be far for some peoples, not for me... in around 10min i can get the downtown.

Hotel is nice. It is within 10 minutes from the train station. Actually we toured the entire town by foot and finished everything in a day. It was a really nice experience Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. However, I had this awful experience with this one guy wearing a red or maroon coat from the buffet station. I asked him about breakfast and he just “shoooo-ed” me away like a fly. I hope he gets assigned work in which would never have to interact with guests. Aside from that, everything else was pleasant
