LikedThe location was good near metro station (2 min).Hotel clean. Good breakfast from 7 to 10 am . The room number 208 was spacious and clean. Daily cleaning room. Confortable pillow...

DislikedNo elevator . But it s not a Real problem (only 2 floors). The mattress was a little bit soft for my opinion .Lack of omelettes. It would have been nice to have more variety in the hot breakfast options.

LikedComfortable and clean room, courteous and helpful staff. Good and abundant breakfast and excellent location near the metro station.

DislikedThe walls between the rooms are thin and not sound proof - making sleep rather difficult.

LikedLocation is really great - 1 min to metro, 5 stations to Duomo.

DislikedDisguisting chemical smell in the room. Breakfast is very poor. Bread, 1-2 sorts of ham, melted cheese and croissants. Shower towels are also terrible - very thin and huge. Shower cabin is extremely small.

DislikedThe behaviour of Two Chinese men owners of the hotel was unfriendly bit rude,. they were least bothered with the guest it seems they were dead body any. it look like they were not happy with the guest. during breakfast, they were least bothered about the food, we have brought our own food from market and ate during the breakfast. coz no food available. they were not friendly and very rude to the guest. Inspite of the reasonable price I'd never come back to such a gloomy and unfriendly place.
