On arrival to the hotel tiempo it did look a little grim. But next day it wasn’t too bad. The location is a bit of a way out of the centre of Naples but is easily accessible by the Gianturco metro which is close by. Rooms were clean, there was a little noise but generally ok. The staff were pleasant. There were plenty of options for breakfast, sweet and savoury. Overall we had a decent stay.

The staff are friendly, polite & helpful. The facilities are undergoing renovations but the area around the hotel is dirty and run down and has a bad feel at night

LikedI got bumped up from the 3*** to the 4****.. But i seriously wonder now if that impacted a single thing..

DislikedHuge problem is the staff! Rude entry at parking and check in! Cleaning service shouting jokes every morning at 8h in front of my door. The wall holds no sound. Kitchen staff taking orders while casually continuing conversations with 2 or 3 at your table.. Breakfast was weirdly served with a bored face again. Eggs ans bacon moist.. Big problem is that the hotel is in a shady neighbourhood. First time in ages I was uncomfortabel walking back at 20h.. Overall not worth more then 100euro a night. Really need to upgrade this very dissapointing experience..
