LikedThis was my second stay at this hotel, and in 6 years it was nice to see it has stayed the same welcoming and friendly place. Its central location meant we could easily go out and come back to rest in peace and quiet away from the crowds, before wandering out again. Its simplicity and the smoothly run service were great. We ate in the restaurant one night. Amazing food from a simple menu, with some of the best roof top views over the city, served by super helpful staff, and it was peaceful but not too quiet
DislikedI wish the terrace was open in the day as it was so very peaceful up there. A proper little sanctuary with views

DislikedOdor upon entering hotel by elevator. Thermostat did not work accurately. Needed to open shutters to let the cool air in. The room was too hot. The showers are too high up and dangerous to step into and out of.

LikedOur room was a very nice size for three people, very clean, very comfortable, loved our stay here. Breakfast was delicious. We had a room over the bridge over the street which was very cute and nice.
