LikedThe location was very good.

DislikedBreakfast was mediocre, although like everything else, it seemed cheap and limited. The cucumber was bitter, the tomato mushy and hard (once even moldy). The location was very good. The bed was hard, uneven and creaky when moved. Dust rolls from several months came out from under the bed. I was on the fifth floor, where the elevator didn't go either. It seemed that the newer and more recently renovated rooms were located on the fourth and first floors. Meanwhile, the warm water ran out and then suddenly became hot. Over time I got used to using the shower, I was there for 6 nights. The warm water had to be run before the longer one to even it out, then you could wash normally one after the other. The hair dryer was also 100 years old, he couldn't even get it to work right away. There was no heating, the room got a little cool and damp.

Likedstaff exceptionally helpful and helped us with luggage, booking taxis and general information. Breakfast very good.

DislikedRoom & bathroom really dated, heating didn’t work. Looked like half hotel has been totally refurbished & looked great, unfortunately we were in the wrong half.

DislikedWe booked our rooms based on the photos on booking.com. We were in 3 rooms on the 5th floor. They were small and very outdated. There is no room to lay your luggage out. The elevator goes to the 4th floor, and then you carry your 40lb luggage up a flight of steps. We would not have booked here if we knew we were not getting what we signed up for. We booked months ahead.
