LikedThe hotel was fine for one night. Very close to the station. The room was quite small, with open hanging space, no cupboards. The shower was very good though.
DislikedIt's supposed to be a 4 star hotel but it really isn't.

DislikedRude and obrupt staff- not accommodating for children. Lack understanding due to inexperienced management. DO NOT stay If you have a young family and want to have a pleasant stay.

LikedGreat location if you are looking to stay close to and have easy access to Milano Centrale. We did several day trips from Milan and the location is why we booked this hotel as we preferred this side of the station as it’s walkable to restaurants. Less than five minute walk to railway station and entrance to metro is around the corner.
DislikedThis is not a 4-star hotel in the American sense. Room cleaning lacked attention to detail - did not replenish soap, body wash (recommend bringing your own), cups (plastic- no real plateware). No coffee maker provided but you can request a water kettle at the front desk. If you are looking to stay close to major sites in Milan, skip this hotel as it’s a 30-45 minute walk to the Duomo.
