LikedThe hotel's location is great - right next to Duomo and just a short walk to the central train station. The hotel was clean, quiet and spacious. Overall, I had a great stay.
DislikedThe hotel is on the top floor of the building, and there is no elevator. We had a big suitcase, so it was difficult to carry it up and down the stairs.

Liked- The room was really nice and clean. The bed and the pillows were absolutely perfect. - The location is the best, near the center and all shops and cafes and restaurants.
Disliked- Big big big disadvantage is that the rooms are in the third floor of a classic building without elevator. We had to carry our luggage (23 kilos) all the stairs up to the third floor. The owner sent the chambermaid to help us but she couldn't either. - It has some noise.

LikedCity Centre, 5 min walk from the bridge, the station and anywhere else you need. Really comfy bed and view of street. Staff are very welcoming.
DislikedThe only thing is it is not very accessible if you are unable- 6+ floors of stairs, not an issue for me though.
