LikedLocation for the old town is excellent, we could walk everywhere. The breakfast was excellent value and of a very high standard.

LikedThe team on Reception were very helpful, smiling & always with a nice greeting, especially Lucrezia who was exceptional throughout my stay, helping & ensuring my stay at the hotel was fabulous every day. The breakfast team were also very positive, delivering great customer service every day.
DislikedIt would have been good to be reminded of the Naples local daily tax which came as an unwelcome shock as I was checking out!

LikedMost of the staff are friendly apart from one male manager who was just rude. Untidy dressed.
DislikedNoisy road and put in a disabled room. Bed was very uncomfortable, and the room was in a poor state . Pillows have seen better days . Breakfast is disgusting. I am not sure why booking . Com rates this hotel a 4 star.
