LikedStaff were friendly, no complaints there.

DislikedToilet flush broken, door handle broke on inside of door, wardrobe on brink of collapse. "clean" towels with small stains on. Pillows hard as rocks.

DislikedThe bathroom is not in good condition, the room needs more maintenance. Old towels were given to the client. Shower waters drain into the room
