LikedThe hotel is an old building located in the middle of the historical district. As an old hotel that has been exceptionally well maintained and renovated, it has a lot of charm and personality, way more than some of the more modern, sleeker luxury chain hotels. I often stayed in the common areas to relax and read, which I rarely do in other hotels. The hallways and rooms are well decorated with nice furniture and old paintings and lithograph prints. Lovely patio/garden area. Exceptional breakfast buffet and attentive staff.
