LikedLocation and decor of the room.
DislikedWe had booked a superior double and were put in a box room originally until we spoke with reception and moved to the correct room the following day. They would of had us stay in this classic double unless we mentioned something. This was not what was described during the booking process and the next day we were moved into the room we paid for. Some room furniture broken and in poor condition

LikedI cannot recommend the Pesaro Palace highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location right on the canal. The staff, especially Barbara and Iryna, were the epitome of hospitality, going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and unforgettable. The rooms were beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, with luxurious amenities that added a touch of elegance to our stay. Waking up to the picturesque views of the canal from our window was a truly magical experience. The breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. We looked forward to starting each day with a delicious meal before heading out to explore the beauty of Venice. Overall, our experience at the Pesaro Palace was nothing short of exceptional. We are already making plans to return and would book this hotel again in a heartbeat. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so incredible. We can't wait to come back!

DislikedThe receptionist was on her phone the whole time I was checking in. The bed and pillows were rock hard. The breakfast was passable.

DislikedHotel is little tired and dated. Air conditioning was controlled by front desk.

LikedLiterally off the Ca d'oro vaporetto stop. Easy access from Canale Grande.
Dislikedthe hotel is EXTREMELY run down. Old features, very dusty air conditioning units (controlled centrally), curtains are ripped, door handles are missing on the cupboard door... the bathroom material is old and partially broken. Breakfast: processed food only, very basic very small tables, squeezed like sardines. Not a pleasant experience
