LikedLocation and the staff at the reception.
DislikedRoom could have been better including its decor. The flooring in the room was ordinary. Bathroom/toilet was not up to the mark. Also, it was very noisy in the night.

LikedOnly good thing was staff, which were very helpful. Location not bad either. Grocery store nearby.
DislikedNever read that the hotel was on a fourth floor of a building. Furniture was dated. Bathroom very small, with rusted faucets. Shower bathroom all beaten and would not slide open or close. Linens were ages old and with holes. Noise from the street woke us up around 6am (trucks unloading at a supermarket across the street.

LikedWe did not actually stay at this location as they contacted us the day before arrival, however, they had found us alternative accommodation at a nearby B&B. This was likely to be out of their control, and they were very happy to help with any issues we had.

Old building with small room and smaller bathroom, but it is what you would expect in this part of town. Great staff and breakfast was a pleasant experience. Don't expect the Ritz and you won't be disappointed!
