LikedThe mattress was very hard. Its quality was cheap. I complained about a change to place a top mattress but it didn't. The hotel is 4 stars and this quality of mattress is not justified

LikedIm really disappointed with the hotel.

DislikedThe room was dirty. I’m afraid of spiders and I told in the reception for 3 days straight that I want room service to remove spider webs in my room. It didn’t happen till the day of my leaving.

LikedThe hotel is very close to Turro metro station, linea rossa, and has a 24/7 Carrefour nearby. Nice and clean rooms, comfy bed, smart TV, fridge, coffee/tea facilities. Very good breakfast

DislikedRoom wifi and conference center wifi was not so great. Restaurant options are not very tempting, coffee not so great. It will be useful to have a free bottle of water into the room and some info about the city's tourist attractions and nearby options
