LikedThe breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful especially Payman at the Checkin desk.

DislikedThe standard of the room and bathroom was very basic and definitely not a 4 star standard. But more importantly the temperature of the room was freezing and the heating system did not allow you to increase the temperature. The bed, which to my shock was actually a single bed, had very little bedding so it was very cold and difficult to sleep in on my first night. However, I mentioned this to a very helpful member of staff the following morning and requested extra bedding, Payman at the check-in desk was very helpful and when I returned to my room I found a heater and a duvet which made a big difference. The TV unfortunately had no English language stations and no instructions provided on how to access streaming on an additional remote that was provided.

LikedLocation was amazing. Most of the staff were very helpful. They did provide extra blankets when we asked to help us warm up.

DislikedThe property had turned their central heating off due to a policy in Milan however the weather during our stay was 5 degrees and therefore we were extremely cold in the room. We had to have showers to warm up. Our room was also on the first floor and the noise from outside was incredibly loud it felt like people were in the room with us.

DislikedIt is overpriced! Overall the staff was not unfriendly but also not friendly... We had no warmwater for a whole day. They stated that it is fixed but it wasn't and i could not reach anybody at the reception. Breakfast was standard
