LikedIt's a beautiful hotel, old style but not old fashioned. Very professional and friendly staff. The concierge provided us a long list of recommended restaurants and did also bookngs for us. It's about 20-25 minutes to walk to Duomo, but there is also a shuttle from the hotel. Deluxe room was very nice and clean.
DislikedOn the invoice they surprise you with a ”voluntary staff contribution” for each day you stay. It would be correct to re-name it, because its not voluntary. The beautiful Principe bar is opened only limited time from 18:00. The breakfast is very nice, but it's maybe not so luxurious as you may excpect from a 5star hotel. Would be nice to have coffee and tea set in the room.

LikedAll the staff were nice and polite Spotless rooms - cleaned x2/day Attention to detail Top quality food Loved the chauffeur service to the town centre (free service x3/hr!) Will definitely stay there again
