LikedThe location is good, near the metro station and close to the center, in 10 minutes walking you can reach the busier streets. The breakfast was good, not too varied but with several choices to pick from. The staff was very nice and helpful.
DislikedIt's an old building and lacks some renovations, as well as some sound isolation, our room was facing the street and the drivers in Napoli enjoy their horns in traffic. The room is smallish, and the bathroom is tiny, usable but very tight. They are currently doing renovations on the other side of the building so it may improve.

DislikedIt was anomalously hot weather but the air conditioning di not work. The bed headboard was damaged (sign of sigarette burning)

LikedBest part of our stay was the breakfast: pleasant room and large variety of foods. The room was not very big but it was clean.
DislikedThe shower was not fully functional (only the handheld part, not the main part). The hotel is located on a busy street, the noise was too much.

LikedVery convenient location between the Old town and the ferry port. Big room which was nicely furnished and decorated. Breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful staff.
DislikedThe lobby looks a bit dated so first impressions could have been better but the room was beautiful and tastefully decorated.
