LikedLoved the new receptionist (blonde new guy, I guess was Marco, unfortunately I cannot remember the name, he mentioned to me he spent some time in UK ) however, he had a great professional can do attitude that stood out of the crowd. Please send my regards to ‘Marco” if that’s he’s name and please rest assured that will be back more often to stay with you, great place and great customer experience. I hope to see him in a month time when I’m planning to be back, might be with work this time!
DislikedUnfortunately, two of the ladies at the reception were providing the opposite level of service that “Marco” had, and slightly different attitude and approach at the moment of check in, but everyone else was absolutely amazing!

DislikedShower was not working and toilet was not clean properly. I had to have the room changed.

LikedVery close to the tram which took you on the no14 into Milan centre. Some lovely bars and restaurants in the streets around the hotel and felt very safe
