LikedVery generous,they gave us baby cot free but other places charge us.breakfast was perfect and they prepared everything that you wanted.

LikedBreakfast and afternoon tea (which was free) was great. Breakfast staff and some front desk staff were great.
DislikedI found that we paid quite a lot for our room and overall the room did not meet out expectations. There are elements of the rooms being outdated and parts of the room were run down.

DislikedThe fact that the bold rather skinny man at reception is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I asked for an iron, they brought me a really dirty one which almost destroyed my shirt. When I told him so, he was basically telling me: “so what do you want me to do?” Then he told another guy off in front of me, it was so weird. Best of all, the dude said: “you should have told me it was for a white shirt” pathetic.
