LikedThe rain forest shower in our room was amazing. The bed was super comfy! Perfect location for Rome Trastevere train station (a 10 minute walk) and great location for local attractions (30-40 minute walk) staff were great, really helpful. Room was always cleaned when requested.
DislikedThe breakfast had limited options for vegetarians and unfortunately the hot food was always cold. Would have liked signs for the hot food as well so I knew if I could eat it or not as a vegetarian.

LikedThe room was a little dated, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable but for 3 nights manageable. There is a tram stop right outside which is great for getting to trastevere station (which is also walking distance) but also for getting further into Rome. The breakfast was buffet style and ok. All the staff on reception were superb.
DislikedThe shower flooded the bathroom and bedroom every time you used it.
