LikedRoom maintenance was not good. Sometimes cleaning was done only after a call to the housekeeper, nightservice was missing etc.
DislikedStaff was not welcoming enough. The lady at the breakfast reception desk didn‘t even know us the 4th day. However the Restaurant employees were very kind. Especially Filippo.

LikedThe hotel exceeded my expectations. It was a treat for my daughters 21st birthday, and was given a room upgrade when we arrived. the hotel staff couldnt do enough for you. Available for any needs 24 hours a day.

LikedIt is close to all the main attractions and the train station. There are great resturants near by. We walked everywhere from hotel. It was very safe. There was great shopping near by. The consierge desk was excellent. Their recommendations were the best
DislikedWe have stayed here a number of times in the past but this time it seemed that the hotel needed some refresh. We love staying here. Some carpets needed to be replaced.
