DislikedThe bathroom is terrible! Not enough hot water. The facilities in the bathroom are missing.

LikedVery spacious room, and clean facilities. Very good location for visiting the main tourist attractions and walking around the centro storico area. Staff were friendly.
DislikedDated decor, and didn’t figure out how to turn our heater off until our last night because instructions were tucked away in a drawer. Laundry was very expensive so we didn’t use the service. The hotel was quite far from the train/bus stations and the waterbus only saved 1/3 of the walking time, so it was quite difficult to get there with all our luggage. Breakfast seemed a bit expensive for what was available - all hot food cost extra on top of the breakfast price. Also, the hotel requested you leave the key with reception whenever going in and out, and the key had a very heavy key ring attached to discourage you taking it with you, but this was a bit annoying when having to wait for a staff member to be free at the reception desk simply to leave the hotel.
