DislikedAir conditioner mid April don’t work, it was hot during the day plus I was having hot flushes, asked reception as a/c looked like wasn’t working, and was told that only works with central cooling as they only use for summer.

Likedit is secure, quiet and has a lovely garden.

DislikedThe hotel is cut off from Bari life, nowhere to go outside its walls. Difficult to find access by car.

LikedThe parking is awesome behind the building and there is access to the building from the parking. The room size is good and the bathroom, cleanliness is good. It’s a bit far from the the center and main sights, around 20-30 walking distance. Staff are nice

DislikedCheap plastic cups instead of glasss or proper cups and saucer should not be used in a 4 star hotel. Despute two attempts to report an issue with the TV in the room, these were ignored and nothing done about it. No information about facilities was offered
