DislikedTemperature in room high not able to bring it down. Shower area is for small people only. Outdated small room with outdated gadgets definitely not worth 5 star rating

LikedEverything was great! The hotel was so near in the center, about 10’-15’ by walk, it has metro station about 5’ from the place. Really good accommodation! The stuff was super friendly!!! They helped us to explore the city and they were always so helpful and smiling! Special thanks to Lorenzo, who made us to feel more comfortable, grazie mille 🙏🏻 We are from Greece and it was our first time in Milan, and if we ever come back to the city, definitely we will choose this place for our stay again! Ciao!

LikedThe room was clean and the location of the hotel was great. Breakfast was also very good with a decent selection of continental foods with very little fuss. Staff where helpful
DislikedThe rooms are much smaller than they look online, I found the mattress too firm but that could just be preference. I visited in March and it wasn't that warm, but the room was very warm and the hotel has no air conditioning (Cooling). I eventually worked out you an open the window but if you cant sleep through a riot like me this could be problematic. Staff where helpful but not particularly approachable.
