LikedVery nice polished hotel overall, with a great small osteria on ground floor. Close to main tourist attractions in Milan.
DislikedIt was pretty warm in the room in April, and AC was not yet turned on in the hotel, so we had to open windows at night.

LikedThe hotel location was excellent and the quality of the staff - in particular the ever-helpful and professional reception staff - was outstanding. The choice at breakfast and the willingness of staff to assist guests was particularly impressive. We had dinner in the hotel on a couple of occasions and the food was of good quality and well-served.
DislikedWe were in a classic room which was all that was available, It was comfortable, spotlessly clean and well-serviced, although somewhat small for any extended stay.
