LikedGood location, friendly and helpful staff
DislikedChlorine gas spill that caused evacuation of the hotel, requiring hospitalization of some residents. Closure of hotel and movement to another hotel into smaller room. However,Staff and firefighters did an excellent job.

LikedEverything was great with the room and the staff downstairs. Especially the young guy at the front he was super sweet.
DislikedThe only thing I didn’t like is the guy workers at the restaurant. They were very rude and had so much attitude. I didn’t eat there much because of that.

LikedGreat location 2 blocks from Trevi; extremly clean, even our pillow cases were changed every single day. Bathroom beautifully upgraded, small but very nice and comfortable room. Breakfast American style on the 6th floor with excellent service. True 4star hotel. Would stay again.
