LikedThe hotel is in super central location and very well connected with all transports Our room was big , really nice and comfortable
DislikedThe hotel is completely automated, so there is no staff on the premises and no service at all. There are few lockers where to leave the bags before check-in/after check-out. As the lockers are limited in number and space it’s not guarantee to find a place and the hotel doesn’t offer any alternative solution

DislikedIt was unusually cold on the day we arrived. The heater wasn’t quite working. Assistance at the building had left for the day. The help desk did everything they could to assist, including providing small heat fan to assist. All was resolved the next day. Thank you!

LikedThe location was perfect and the spacious room was nice. But, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone! A human touch is badly needed!
DislikedHaving seen all the reviews, I specifically requested not to be placed on the third floor rooms that didn’t have elevators. I didn’t book the cheapest room to avoid the stairs. But unfortunately, there were no human beings present, even the whatsapp customer service was a robot auto replying my several attempts at requesting a lower floor room accesible by elevator. Even the staff cleaners didn’t have courtesy to their guests, everyone seemed to be a robot!

LikedThe room was very clean, the bathroom was nice, the wifi worked well and the location would suit those looking to be in the city centre.
DislikedThe room was incredibly hot and uncomfortable, the AC in the whole building was switched off during the time of our stay, whilst day time temperatures in Milan were 28C. There were no fans available to borrow. When I messaged over whats app to communicate with a member of staff (as there is no reception on site) I was told to open the windows. As the apartment is in a central location, with the windows open it was very noisy and still very hot all night and we had little sleep.
