Location is very nice and nearby the Roma Termini station. Lots of restaurants nearby and the staff are all nice.

Likednothing was good to specify. I had a terrible experience stay in so called 4 * hotel
Dislikedroom was too small and the water was dripping from the roof repeatedly. They allocated us the room despite they already knew it is happening and never offered to move us to different room. I could hear the noise from outside and from other room as well, breakfast was no good at all and they were limited options. don't know how they call it a 4star hotel with such a terrible service and facilities . wont recommend it at all

LikedThe only good thing about the hotel was location.
DislikedFor the price I paid I got- *very small and uncomfortable beds *cracked sink *mold in the shower and the list goes on and on. I have stayed in many hotels across the world and this one is on the top of the lists of the worst ones. The price I paid and the service I got is just horrible.
