The owner of the hotel was rude and unpolite with me due to a misunderstanding with x the daily taxes.i thought that it was included in my booking . Younger menber of the reception was nice and polite but the owner , i was very near to call the police .

I was pleased on the overall review of the Hotel when booking, only problem would be the Google map which stated that Garibaldi Rail station to the Hotel was a 35 min walk which in fact was only 3 mins. So I was pleased with that but Google maps need to get their act together
