LikedExcellent location, very friendly staff.
DislikedOur room location was loud, guests were coming & going late night/early morning and very noisy with their suitcases.

LikedGreat location between Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was above average and it was clean.
DislikedThe bed mattress was very hard. And for some reason they shut the heater down on a seasonal basis the weekend before we got there. Bad move because it was 50 F and raining so we froze in the room.

DislikedRooms are very small and walls like thin paper, you can listen every single thing on the next room. We had an issue with the heater they told us it was off for the whole hotel even though it was freezing

LikedThe hotel was spotless and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is located a short walk from St Marks Square and Rialto bridge and right in the middle of a tourist spot, but couldn't hear much noise from the street.
