We always looking for stays close to the station since we're travelling to several city and this is just the place you want for that! As you may know, Venice has a lot of Ponte/bridge and bringing suitcase will give you so many problem if you cross too many. We only need to cross 1 bridge and we arrived directly to Ca Zusto. We smiled a lot when seeing people carrying their suitcase around venice. Other than that, the breakfast was very nice and the staff was very kind. When we get back from our city tour, they directly point us the common toilet directly to refresh ourself and let us stay in the small garden that they have to wait for our train.

LikedBreakfast was very good with plenty of choice for all Europeans. The Breakfast Room was ideally situated and with tables well spaced out to provide enough privacy.

LikedClean hotel in quiet neighbourhood close to vaporetto station and walkable to most attractions. Nice old building with all comfort. Helpful staff. Recommend.
DislikedSmall point: for north american standards breakfast coffee could have been better. Double espresso was small and the so called americano was instant coffee.
