There was a problem with the reservation, but the staff worked it out. We had booked a two room apartment(?) with three single beds. At first, the staff gave us just one room with a double bed and a made-up single bed at the foot of the double. After we talked they gave us an extra single room without problem. Both rooms looked lovely. With amenities in them. This hotel is really close to the train station, and just some minutes to the city-center. If i go to Treviso again, i would still book at this hotel as the double room didn't have any problems. Maybe first write to them to confirm that it is not only the bot that knows that I have booked through this app.

the location was perfect for our travel, we were able to arrive at the train station and walk to the hotel. I was quite pleased that it was inside of treviso and we were able to walk everywhere in Treviso. will stay there again for sure.

The room was great. The bed was very comfortable. All the facilities you needed were in the room and bathroom. The shower was amazing. The breakfast was good, especially the coffee! Great location and friendly staff. Each day the room was cleaned. Across the road is a park which has a walking trail along the river. Great place to have an evening walk. There is a grocery store 10-15 minutes walking from the hotel
