LikedI felt like I was invited to a friend's house in Florence. It is an old building, but very neat and well maintained. I had a friendly and comfortable experience as if I was staying at a family home. A friendly and cheerful couple welcomes us :)
DislikedIt was disappointing that only one towel was provided. However, the linen towels were very clean and satisfactory.

Likedi fell in love with this place. very nice atmosphere, terrace, interior. I liked that it was possible to walk everywhere. very responsive and pleasant hosts. We will definitely come back to this place.

LikedNothing very fancy but it made us feel like guests at a Florence family home, with the most amazing veranda. There was no TV in the roome but the WIFI was great. We really felt we were in the genuine Florence overlooking at the rooftops. My best experiende of the city ever !!

LikedThe hotel is so cozy, homey, and clean. It feels like you’re visiting and staying with family. Pino and Carmel are kind, welcoming, and always ready to help or answer questions. I would absolutely stay there again the next time I find myself in Florence. The location is great too!
