LikedProperty was clean and the customer service was excellent. The room was a bit small for two people; however, we made it work. During our stay, our room got hot, The staff was nice enough to bring us a fan. The continental breakfast in the morning was good.
DislikedIt would be helpful for the hotels in Italy to share when the AC is not on. During our stay, the AC had not been switched on yet and it was in the 70s. We were told that the AC would be turned on April 10. There are other hotels in Milan that had AC during this time. For the breakfast, I just wished that they had fresh fruit instead of canned fruit.
