Hotel Vasari

LikedThis hotel was really friendly and full of character and atmosphere. I loved the old, painted walls - apparently it used to be a convent - I was only there for one night, but the breakfast was good and the bed extremely comfy. Only 5 minutes from the station

DislikedIf I was being fussy, the bathroom probably needed a bit of tlc, as things were starting to drop off, but otherwise I enjoyed my short stay here.

DislikedSome amenities were awful such as heating no working and outside was 8 degrees

LikedLocation of place is really good, quite and cosy. The private parking available. But charged extra per day

DislikedBath Accessoires almost not exist..... few combined bath gel.. add more accessories or make it more wide choice of them.

LikedIt is close to the conference centre, town centre, central station and the tram that goes to the airport, so very good location wise.

DislikedThe room was very narrow like a corridor and had only one window which when opened was letting in a lot of noise. There was a constant smell of dump coming from the bathroom which got slightly better when we left the extractor on continuously. It did not have any coffee making facilities as advertised and the walls could do with a coat of paint. It was rather expensive for its quality. We did not care that much as we only used to come back to the room just for sleep.

LikedNo more than you need, since you will be walking and visiting all day in Florence. Room bottom floor at the back, no noise, clean, spacious enough for two people.

DislikedStill need to figure out if it’s the hotel’s lack of information or Booking, you are never been advised you will be charged and expensive city tax for sleeping in Italy every person every night.
